Having to rent a car due to insurance repairs is never a fun job, but the staff here were really accommodating and friendly. I don't rent cars regularly, so the time taken to answer my questions was really appreciated, as was the advice about how to claim expenses from the insurers. Pick up and return was simple.

Mike picked me up from my workplace...straight to depot and out within 10 mins...excellent service from the young man a credit to the company...well done!

As always the staff at Nottingham West have performed excellently, going out of their way to provide a more than good service and promote Enterprise's name. I book vehicles in Nottingham rather than Grantham because of the this high level of service. This is an exceptional team and should be rewarded accordingly.

These guys were great, very polite and friendly. They pick you up and drop you off and you can rent a satnav for an extra £5 a day.

Amazing service from Dan, Nick and a manager I forget their name, sorry! Delivered a car from Nottingham to Mansfield, perfect for us and great friendly customer service. Brilliant communication and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again (I’ll edit the review if you let me know the other managers name lol).
