Driver took us to Birmingham airport, unfortunately didn't really know where he was going and got lost. His driving was poor too, moving lanes nearly hitting lorries, taking sudden right turns across multiple lands without looking, and nearly going into the back of someone.

Honestly the worst taxi service I have ever used. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I called prior to ask if I could pay over the phone with card and I was assured that would be the case whilst my journey (which was extremely overpriced) was closing to an end I told the driver I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and he told me he wouldn't be able to do it because he didn't feel comfortably taken card details over the phone. He then said he'd have to drive to the nearest ATM all while the meter was still running and still couldn't drop me at the proper place. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Would strongly advise against it.

they love hunging customer and dont listen. Very rude service and late service. Highly not reccomend
