Best minibus services by far! Highly recommended.

One hour late for both legs of our journey (booked a return). Driver blatantly lied to us at the start saying that our booking was at 10am. We had proof and confirmation of a 9am booking. Driver also lied as to why he was late to pick us up for our return leg - traffic. There was no traffic on his journey to pick us up as we could easily see from google maps! The driver was insulting, not punctual and also had a near miss - rear ending a stationary car about to make a turn! I would not recommend this taxi firm. Period.

What is the essence of good comedy? Yes timing!!! What is the essence of a good taxi service. Yes, timing!!! An hour late for pickup after travelling from London to Nottingham for the weekend. Shocking!!! Then on the return leg to Nottingham 45 mins late for pickup. Bloody shocking (insert multiple swear words). Then the audacity to try and charge full price. Proper cowboy and poor way to do business. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!!! Take your money else where. Get a watch Bruv that works and stop ripping people off!!!!!

I've been using this mini bus and taxi service company for over 5 years and they have never let me down. As a family we have used them for local trips, airport trips and our family used them for a wedding earlier on this year. The customer service is outstanding and all the drivers are really helpful I even left my iPhone once in one of their taxis and I received a phone call from the driver telling me that my phone was still in his taxi! If you need taxis, mini buses locally or nation wide these are the guys to trust!..
