Great place if you're looking for classy tech devices. Got my TV Hub WiFi stick that transformed my Panasonic Smart TV experience beyond my wildest imagination. You can also get jewelry, smart watches, game consoles Xbox and the likes here. The parking space outside is also quite large. The staff are very helpful, courteous and supportive if you need their assistance at any point in time.

Went in to the store for some help with a TV that I bought which had been supplied with the wrong fixings. Really helpful and pleasant lady dealt with me to begin with and then asked the manager to assist - all I can say is that there is a way to speak to people and this manager, I think he was called Alan, was an unhelpful and obnoxious individual who shouldn't be in a customer facing role. He was not capable of listening or discussing the issue which was entirely caused by Argos. I needed help and assistance and what I got from this individual was a sneering, "you're in the wrong" attitude. I really wish that independent shops with good customer service still existed - I'd be happy to pay more to deal with decent people.

Went in to order a piece of jewellery ordered two sizes of rings for a late Birthday present from my husband. Waited three weeks only to be told today they couldn't get them in & they had my phone no, but no calls to let me either way. Will not be going into that shop again because they cannot be bothered to phone the customer to update them.

Argos is a shop that you already know what you want so it is simple to just go in and pay for your items and collect them. You can pay at tills or at machines I'd you have reserve items. The shop is very easy to get into and very easy to walk around. The staff are all very helpful.

Immediate collection after ordering on line , great deals.

Have been shopping here for years, but was yesterday treated extremely rudely by two members of staff when trying to return a faulty product. They took it into a back room to "test" and returned to tell me they didn't think it was faulty, although I'm not sure they're qualified to diagnose faults of third-party products. Essentially told to leave the store, will not be returning.

I've been shopping at Argos since they came to Truro 1981 .I went to buy a Philips shaver £35 on offer ,they had one left near the Midlands . I asked if they could get it in for me to collect that week ,they said no stock transfer available .so I left with out a new shaver this was about a year ago , just after the Saintsbury's takeover .I still make do with my old Philips have ,I am appalled at their stupidity . Because you never miss the chance of a sale ,if you want to stay in business. Daa dopey

Lunchtime no staff -ordered and paid online 7th in queue at tills as machines do not allow you to put in fastrack codes. One person serving customer who is having problems, two staff members wondering about behind the scenes, no work for them as nothing being requested for collection.

If you're looking for an Argos, you won't be disappointed. Lots of tills, rarely a queue. Better than the town centre branch and parking immediately outside

Very helpful staff, Simon was able to help my issue quickly. He also dealt with other rude shoppers very professionally whilst helping me.
