Got everything you need but they don't half know how to charge, its so much cheaper to shop online

Couldn't be less helpful! Drove to Truro to view a chair that was in the sale as we wanted to buy it before the sale ended but the woman in the shop just told us that they only had the red in that wasn't in the offer. Didn't even show us the chair we wanted and when asked if there where any chairs like it she just said no! She then asked if I wanted to know if the car seat would fit so we followed her over to the till and she looked on the tablet for about 2 seconds just to say she couldn't find my car. So I asked again if there where any other car seats that grow with the child and she said no and if there where any other seats that would fit my car and she just said no again. And I asked if I bought one would I be able to return if it didn't fit and she just told be to book an appointment to have someone fit it and I said okay so can I have the seat I wanted tested and she said no because it won't be in store unless I order it. But if I order it I couldn't retun it if it didn't fit. Never thought I would buy second had for my son but after that expirance I'm not paying more to have worse experience.

Small shop. No where to park. But it's clean, n tidy, well stocked, with knowledgeable staff.

Staff always helpful, not always got what I've needed in store.

Went here to get some clothes for my son. We found what we were looking for and we're happy with the prices.
