John Lewis cafe, miserable worker in cafe - the one who pushes trolley and tidies up tables. I bought hot drinks for myself and boys, but as they do a poor variety of sandwiches, I got them some from elsewhere, but we sat down with our drinks etc and the miserable old lady said ' you can only eat food bought here' - errr we bought hot drinks and cake. I didn't see here mention this to the mums with home bottled formula milk. Then she made it worse by muttering to her colleague in disapproval. I'll take my custom elsewhere. There's a way to say and a way not to. Pathetic!

Having looked at the kitchen appliances you have a good selection, only thing I would say is that you do the price match thing? Why don’t you just sell at your best price from the start? Anyway, helpful staff.

Our go to place to get all the main things for our new born. Staff are friendly, show you to the place you need to go. They are knowledgeable about the products. You can rely on them have quality items. Latest purchase was their large wooden train set which my 2 year old is having loads of fun with.
