Whenever I have been in this store lately there doesn't seem to be enough assistants. I had to search and search for someone to help me in the shoe dept, eventually I had to ask a till assistant to help. She seemed slightly anxious to leave the till and only did when she had finished a few tasks !! On a follow up visit after Xmas still no assistants except a two the same till with same customer with large queue to pay so I've dropped a star for poor service. NEXT you need to "up" your customer service in my opinion unless you want to drive potential customers away. You used to have exemplary service a while back

Luke made me feel very welcome to the store. And helped me to chose the correct suit for my prom Luke was really knowledgeable when it came to help me chose my suit. He should be promoted to a higher stage to what he is because i could not ask for anyone better. thanks Luke all the best

Bit of a generic store with little character. Huge range, a little overpriced. A good place to start for a suit or dress.
