Hate having to take. Shop was much better when first opened

I picked up several items I liked (totaling around £200). I asked for the fitting rooms to try them on and was informed that the Next Outlet does not have them. You have to buy the items and then bring them back if you don't like them. What Einstein came up with that policy??? I left without purchasing anything at all as I would not want to face a 30 mile drive back to return something. Pathetic, in a word.
