Came here on Saturday, shop is open until 7pm, I arrived at 6:50pm and the guy at the front had already closed the doors and refused to let people in! Absolutely ridiculous! Only after asking and telling him that we’d be quick did he let us in. Never seen something like this, and most likely won’t be back!
Watch your receipts! A lady charged my mother 30 pound for something that was meant to be on clearance for 12 she didn’t want anymore just before closing. We came back the next day and we tried to resolve this matter with no item. Rude lady at the cashier was saying that the 30 was the original price and we would need to come back when there is a higher up in shop.
Love this store. New home section. Not as good as kinnaird park but lots to choose from. Best place for decent cooking equipment and branded clothes. Yeah I was looking for pasta bowls absolutely loved these.
Watch out, they charge you for parking! Outrageous and scummy, since you go there to spend money! Camera surveillance and even if it’s just seconds, they’ll charge you £100!
