No staff on second floor waited for ages at till shocking won't be returning to this store

Policy of no refunds even with receipts outdated and greedy. Staff uninterested, unhelpful and don't know how to treat customers.

Good choices but sometimes you really have to hunt for a member of staff. Very frustrating. Long queues if staff aren't paying attention.

Like to buy Ronaldo foot ball kit.they said unable to provide matching kit and unable to print and can't order .

Took back trainers I bought for the mother inlaw, they were to big so got then changed. Girl on checkout went out her way to change them as staff were all extremely busy. She was very curtious and very polite and sorted the problem.
