First experience in Vans and have to say... outstanding customer service. Lauren helped me so much, and luckily they had similar style to what I was looking for in my size. Such kind staff. Great prices in store when I went in today. Yes there was a queue to pay however... I expect this and is just normal in any store. Very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to return. Thank you Lauren and Steph!

Had a big queue outside shop but it went down relatively quickly.. the reason for review is the service within the busy store. Steph was brilliant with my 9 year old who is very tall and big footed for his age and spent time with him to help with what he was looking for.  Was so pleased and happy with Steph and how she helped him despite the stores busyness.

Great store. It can be a hit or a miss depending on what day you go in. I love their socks. They seem overly expensive but they last so much longer than your average 5 pairs for £8 from asda etc. Always good quality clothing after a few washes.

Can't get enough of this shop. Always great deals and and stock levels. Staff always helpful aswell.

Visited store on 12th October. Assisted by Bran and served by Amie who were absolutely wonderful and made our shopping experience in Vans very pleasurable.Well done ladies.

Waiting in que outside store for over an hr . 10 max in store . ! Times there was only 3 in . Till service poor at best . Taking over 10 mins to service customers . No customer service skills at all

I went in to see about the brand as ive seen loads of people wearing it and i think there rqnge is great however its not my personal taste

Not a great selection in store. Couldn't find right sizes. Felt better to go online

Served by Steven, loads of patience and couldn't do enough to help total credit to this outlet please. Recognise this young lad.
