The quality and range of shoes is of the highest standard. However as all outlet shops not always in the size and colour you want. It might be better to wait until there is a sale since the prices are at the higher end. My ECCO shoes are the most comfortable I have ever worn and I cannot go past them.
Popped into this store on Friday pm. Love their shoes. Style i was looking for wasn't available on the floor so a helpful young sales person checked stock online and got me them from the store room. The young woman brought the shoes towards me and went to place them on the floor but suddenly grabbed them away and took them to the manager on the till. You see ...what had happened was the shoes were very clearly priced at £42 whereas those on the shopfloor were priced at £52. I said to the manager that i had seen the price difference . She shrugged her shoulders and grimaced at me as she eagerly ripped off the £42 price ! Then handed me the shoe back! I was dumbfounded at her behaviour. Rude and inexplicably ignorant to myself and my husband who witnessed her weird behaviour. Sale lost and we wont be back.
Went to return golf shoes couldn't get a refund as the switch machine was down and they didn't have enough money in till. Had to go to Glasgow the next day to return g/shoes .
Usually find this flores excellent, but thus time their choice if golf shoes was extremely limited
Did not buy anything but prices were good and the staff were helpful.
Staff could not be any more helpful nice and clean nice selections and service
