One of the best farmancies ever!! Helper- polite - professionals stuff! Every time If I have any issue they helped me a lot and my babies too! I Reckon!!!
Been stood here for 30 mins waiting to collect a prescription that should have been ready to collect but was not made up. No one else is here and I am learning a lot listening to conversations about their lives. Appalling service.
I rang earlier today was on hold for 35 mins spoke to lady was td they would let me know if my prescription came in iv heard nothing and iv been on hold now for 1 hour 25mins I was 4th in the queue apparently Otherwise most the staff are nice but hold time is a joke
Booked online for 2 chicken pox vaccines and received the confirmation email. Arrived today at the appointment just to find out that they do not have it in stock. No call from them whatsoever..came from 1 hour away for this!
First time I've used this pharmacy, what a lovely experience. The staff were lovely, helpful, kind and polite. Helped me to my car with my prescription, informed me they actually can do home delivery which is great to know. I'm definitely changing to this pharmacy from now on, 100% recommend them.Thank you to the young lady who dealt with me on the day, much appreciated regards Simon
It's a chemist so what you see is what you get, depending on what mood the staff are in depends on how you get treated. The young blonde girl can be quite abrupt sometimes but then other times can be smiling and helpful. I've noticed most of the staff are the same, the wait time especially weekend is bad and you have tp stand outside even if its raining, if you say anything it's the same response you get from most places of "we are short staffed". If there was another pharmacy avalible on the weekends I would go elsewhere but without traveling miles I have no other options
shoddy set up was there nearly 40 mins waiting for prescription,people come in after me and got there script,lady on counter very helpful went looking for my script got misplaced apparently finally got it thnks to her..not coming here again..
Not busy yet can’t answer their phone, been on hold for 40 mins, number 1 in the queue for 30. Waste of time ringing.
Youngsters have NO MANNERS. Hobbled in , in pain to be greated by a pen clicking youngster, Please STOP doing that infront on me, it's irritating, sorry she said, and clicked away again, So I said SO YOUVE DONE IT AGAIN, She naffed off complaining about me, CAN LIP READ, And someone else served me. IM I IN THE WRONG. MANAGEMENT PLEASE ANSWER. I live opposite, knock on my door and tell me please.
The staff are friendly and helpful, but some of the characters you have to stand outside in line with are a bit much
