Emergency doctor sent my much needed medication here because it States that its open till 11pm every night!!! The sign on the side of the building says its "open till late 7 days a week" well that's a lie. I'm sat outside at 9:00pm and all the shutters are down, no answer on telephone and the Premier shop next door said they are never open late.
Lost life changing medication, deliveries hardly ever come when there supposed to, very slow at service a lot of the time. This should looked at. This isnt just about providing a smile and being polite its about peoples health and a chemist is meant to be there to help in these scenarios but they make things much worse.
Prescriptions are never ready on time. Sent in my prescription early last week and still trying to collect it up to now. Simple medications our of stock. Phone number is very often not answered. I will be switching pharmacies soon. Completely terrible service.
111 sent a prescription here saying they was available on Sunday out of hours. Arrived at 17:30 and they were closed. They should loose there licence if they aren’t providing an advertised service.
Hard to get presctiptions as the Pharmacist seems to be very rarely available to allow presctiption to be handed over. on going problem this seems Opening times stated are hit & miss. Door locked often during 'opening times' & it seems an inconvenience when they come to the door to ask what you want! Errr opening times state you are open On more than 1 occasion it has taken about 5 visits for more than 1 reason or another to get a prescription fullfilled. Time a working family can ill afford. Assistants are usually polite, its more the mecahnics thats a problem. Sunday 6th March today & @1.34 attempted to pick up our meds again. Google states open, wall sign states open 7 days, shutters state closed! ***update** Sat 16th April Pharmacy actually open closed yeterday Despite stating open. However what a suprise no Pharmacist in . No emergency prescription for me!

It says it's open till 830pm on Sundays. However, it was already closed at 630pm. Very disappointing
Absolutley rubbish pharmacy. Staff are useless saying meds not being prescribed when there have. Giving other people your meds so you have to go without. And also speak to you like something you have walked in. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
Been here numerous times and have always been given 5 star treatment and been well looked after both with medical advice and help with prescriptions and explaining medication would highly recommend
