Always order my repeat prescription well over a week in advance but it’s still never ready when I pick it up. Some staff members are rude too only about 2 workers that have good customer service.

Went in for booked flu jab. All went smoothly, pharmacist went through details comprehensively, good service.

Nice, helpful staff. Only 4 stars because of the limited range. Mostly use it for click and collect which works very well

Surprisingly poor. Ask them for chloramphenicol and they ask you whether that is eye or lip make-up. Ask for the Pharmacist and he asks whether it is for you or your dog. I won't be going back and advise you not to. Not like any other Boots I've been to.

Some lovely staff but not enough of them, they are often snowed under and the wait is long when you're in your lunch hour

Women is rude arrogant and unhelpful these days your doctors  tell you to contact  chemist for advice you do and you have to deal with this extremely  rude women shouldn't  be working  in a place like this if she dosnt like dealing  with people  !!! Am shocked
