Terrible always having to wait staff miserable

While the staff are very friendly the quality of service has deteriorated over recent months. My repeat prescriptions are meant to be ready for collection after 3 working days but I have to wait for them to be prepared and checked. As Lloyds are a chain there is no excuse. If there is too much work for current staffing levels then recruit because if you don't improve the service the workload will reduce as people register their dissatisfaction by taking their custom elsewhere. 1 out of 5 must try harder!
