Pharmist is a disgrace. Unhelpful, unsympathetic and rude. Had to point out I have a condition that flares with stress and he was certainly causing lots. Didnt know his job and actually tried to send me away to a walk in centre to get a prescription even though they orgainse my drugs.Thank god the lovely lady stepped in and organised it all for me. So lazy and needs customer care training.
