Everything you need under one roof. Recommend using the scan & go handsets to check out as cashiers are much reduced nowadays. Good quality produce. Clean store. Staff nice. Local.
Having visited Hull for the night, we decided to to try Asda cafe for breakfast, before leaving for home. NEVER AGAIN!! Ordered 2 full breakfasts and after 35 minutes I asked a staff member how much longer we would be waiting, to which she blamed the lovely lady on the till and was quite rude, when I pointed out how long we had been waiting she pulled a sarcastic face at me. Having then waited total 40 minutes we received 1 breakfast?? I asked for a refund for the breakfast we didn't receive which was given. Would not recommend, the service was dire and the food was not great either. Some staff certainly require some customer care training
Wide selection of goods,however avoid this store early in the morning its like doing an assault course trying to get down the aisles with cages & pallets and workers restocking shelves, plus cleaners. Why all this cannot be done before customers arrive I don't know.
Shelves were all stocked and had most things we wanted. Only let down is the toilets. One is currently broken and the other 2 had toilet paper all over the floor and were a general mess. There's also a loose tile that's been like that for a while.
Went to asda today and your customer service women was rude, disrespectful. If she going to be on front service a customer service , she needs to go on a customer service course. And in stead of snarling at people she needs to answer people with a smile and be polite.
Worst most anaemic breakfast I've had in a long time... Literally the only person waiting and still took 15/20 minutes... For £6.50 they should be ashamed... Topped off with wooden cutlery
I like this place because yo can buy almost anything in one place if you are into Asda. I think I appreciate the fact that you can customise cake design here. I remember buying a few gardening equipments in addition to groceriea
The Asda itself has a good selection, but some of the staff are rude and insensitive to hidden disabilities and when a complaint was made to management, the response was inadequate.
The woman on the customer service desk needs to learn some customer service skills, mandy her name was, her colleague John had a smile and was helpful and friendly, not the 1st time I've had poor customer service in thus store.
Twenty minutes to do my shopping , twenty five minutes to get through the tills, not enough staff on the tills as usual. I’ll do myself a favour next week and go elsewhere!
