Terrible customer service called the tunbridge wells store 11 times in half an hour and didnt recieve an answer this is the frankly worst service i have ever had

All the staff especially the manager cannot do enough to help you out. It is on a par with the service you get in America with help advise and getting another size for you without having to get dressed and start again. They will always double check if your size is not on display even when they are sure it's sold out. Best branch I have ever been too and the manageress should be training staff. The branch in the town centre has a completely different atmosphere and nowhere near the standard of service you receive in long field road. 
Huge light store with the feel and attention of a small unique boutique!!!
Don't let it change.
