Always nice to come here. Excellent customer service, always very kind staff, high level quality products, very well prepared for Mother's Day.
My mum and I visited yesterday for brunch. It was quite busy, and there were quite a few options from the menu that were mot available.. we ordered drinks and eggs benedict for myself and eggs royale for my mum. We had a 15-minute wait, but it looked good when it arrived.. unfortunately, the hollandaise sauce was cold on both our dishes, the plus side was we were both very hungry and could eat it quickly! One of the apparently new waiters was spoken to by his senior, well within ear shot of myself and my mum, even though being given guidance, but it must have been a little embarrassing for the newer member of staff, as it was in front of customers, we felt this could of been handled a little more professionally, for the sake of the new member of staff, but it was very busy and they must have been under increased pressure! It wasn't a bad experience, we would visit again!
Always nice to have a shop especially near xmas .The only thing I will say is wrap at warm.its the coldest shop ive ever been in.Well done staff you all looked so cold but still remain helpful and up beat
Still great place to shop.nNote this store is closing for 3 months, I presume for a major food rebuild.
This is great for food and some household but missing the cafe and also toilets and hope to see them both return soon.nnUpdate Oct 25.....no household now.nNo cafenNo toilets.nSuch a shame.
