Just today. They try to make me a idiot, price on the stock was £30 when I get to checkout on the screen price is 55. Staff said is two different stocks but was exactly the same. 1 hour later they change the price to 55. Just be careful. Merry Christmas.

If I could give no stars this would be more appropriate. Slowest, rudest service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. There was only me and one other customer in the shop that asked for trainers in a different size, after waiting over 10 mins the wrong size was brought up, followed by another 5 mins for the uninterested man to return. No apology or anything left his mouth. When at the till paying I asked if it was always like this in here, he simply shrugged and said nah. I said it’s the slowest service I’ve ever experienced and I’d be reporting the poor customer service and again another shrug and a smirk and he walked off. The girl was just as rude and uninterested. These two are seriously in need of some training or they will be lucky to stay working in retail or anywhere for that matter.

Music is always too loud. But, the lady serving was patient and helpful. It's always tidy.

It's a good store but everything is overpriced in my opinion, you can get identical tops or trainers in other stores in the same shopping centre for at least 25% less than in here

Bad experience at the Tunbridge Wells store . Poor customer service and a very RUDE store manager that didn't have clue what he was doing when i asked to refund an item straight after we purchased. Did what he wanted and not what the customer asked for. If it was a 0 star probably wouldn't give that . Won't be using that store again or order anything from them.

Never been in such a dead JD No Shoes Sizes available half time. dead clothes dead shoes get better stock.

Good range of trainers, mostly, but non-marking options were expensive.

Staff are visible and approachable but not on top of you as soon as you walk in. Service is quick and the shop is very tidy. Music is great, but lost a star for being SO loud, which is great fun, until you need to hear somebody. Shop is very tidy and well organised

I went into buy trainers for the gym. I walked around fot about 10 minutes looking for a sales assistant, decided to just look at the trainers and hope someone would ask if i needed help. Got bored and started asking random people if they worked there. Finally got hold of someone who did. Very nice guy, who spent another 10 minutes getting the trainers. I finally managed to get to the till but then had to wait again to pay for them. In total I probably spent an hour in the store, when I could of been in and out, in 15 minutes. But I do like the trainers.

Waited for 20 minutes with a shoe in hand for someone to appear, halfway through I went to till to ask and was told to return to the shop floor because "there'll be 2 guys there in a second". Well 10 minutes later and no one appeared and I wasted half my lunch break to not buy a pair shoes. thanks
