One day I purchased a black dress from Tunbridge Wells French Connection shop. It appeared to be in good condition, however after trying it on at home I realized that it had a tear on the back of the dress. Therefore I took it back to the store I have bought it from, where I was told that the damage was down to me and they are not willing to do anything about it!

The way I was spoken to was really upsetting, being accused of washing it and so on, when clearly I haven´t even had time to do anything to it (I took it back next day in the morning). The manager was incredibly rude and useless.

I have been a really good client for many years, but is the last time I visit this brand.
