I’ve gone for a bra fitting and must say that I’ve never been comfortable in public spaces to shop for intimate clothing. This experience was phenomenal, I was treated with dignity and given product knowledge like I’ve never known before. I ended up spending 3x the amount I set out to because of how amazing the lady was who helped me with my fitting I sadly did not get her name but I did give her a big cuddle. This was at 11:30 today and I’ve told all my friends to go. Absolutely worth it. 10/10.

Its a decent sized M&S in the centre of Tunbridge Wells with an excellent food hall.nnThe store is only let down by it's clothing section. They seem to have an abundance of extra extra large size or extra small sizes, but large I'm 6'3 is almost always out of stock. The staff suggest I order it in, but then doesn't that defeat the whole point of a store? I could just order online if I wanted it tomorrow.

I had a really nice 3 bean chilli jacket potato in the restaurant today.   Very tasty.  Nicely presented. Cooked to perfection.  My compliments to the chef.  She did well.

I lost my Jumper last week in M and S Tunbridge Wells. Somebody found it and brought the thing to customer service...So a BIG thank you to that honest customer and to the customer service!!! So happy to have it back!!!

I’m not really one for placing reviews normally, but today I have made an exception because the service & the can do attention to detail to help me in a major mix up on something I had purchased & lost the receipt, KAZ you are brilliant at your job & your care & explanation was nothing short of professional in every way  ,Kaz took the time to go through all avenues at her disposal to reach a fair outcome for me  today which would have been so easy to say unfortunately no receipt we can help , but thankfully that wasn’t the casenThank younKaznM&SnTunbridge Wells
