Hobbs

Completely appalling CS & lack of empathy. My husband showed up to the TW store with a dress I bought in Hobbs but couldn't use because I broke my foot before the event I was going to. As I can't move around/walk - my husband took my ID, card & receipt to the store to make a return. He explained the situation and was turned down by one of the sales assistants. He explained that I couldn't make the return myself anytime soon and he was spoken to in a rude manner and turned down again. I called the store and spoke to "Amy" - and the same, my husband couldn't possibly make the return for some policy that doesn't make sense. All this could have been absolutely fine if told in a nice manner but no. Rude and horrible! So disappointed. I am now expected to make the return myself when I can't even go to work because of my injury!

Shopping for my Mother of the bride outfit, very helpful staff and lovely selection of dresses.

Popped in today after the lady's in French Connection suggested i have a look as they didn't have what i was looking for, and i'm so happy i did. I've never felt so welcome and so well looked after in a clothing store, i had no idea what i was really looking for but not once did i feel like a hindrance. i didn't end up making a purchase, but unlike some places I've been in and not made a purchase, i wasn't made to feel uncomfortable when leaving. i didn't get the lovely woman's name who helped me, but i just want to say thank you again for a lovely shopping experience.

I absolutely adore this store. Amy the manager makes me feel so comfortable and always is able to locate whatever I chose. Her team always welcomes me with a very huge smile. My only go to store in TW.

The personal service I received in the Tunbridge Wells store by Michelle was second to none. She went out of her way to help me pull together an entire outfit for my sons's wedding from the shoes to the hat. 5 star without a doubt.

I cannot praise the staff here highly enough, polite,knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was returning an outfit and looking for an alternative Michelle was so kind in suggesting alternatives and ordering them for me to try.

Purchased outfit for Easter wedding abroad then covid happened, wedding reschedule for summer so outfit not suitable, made 2 visits to Tunbridge Wells store, all three ladies in the shop were absolutely brilliant they were so attentive and helpful, would give them 10 stars if I could Thank you all

The one changing room is way too small... I've been in better and bigger changing rooms in charity shops!

A lovely shop. Staff were very helpful when I was looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding.

Lovely dresses In fact many beautiful clothes. Hard to choose. Very nice attentive staff. Changing room a bit small.
