I can't say enough how pleasant and friendly the staff were. I was blown away with their interaction with us from the changing room staff to the counter staff. 20/07/2024 pm reference for the manager. This was the shift. I applaud their professional

tills were off today, whole fuss made by staff, asked for a bag and after making us all wait, was still told to pay 30p for a bag - personally feel the sales assistant should’ve just gave the bag  free of charge after delaying customers from making purchases

New Look was the first shop to ask for my email address in order to “send me my receipt.” When I said that I wasn’t keen because I try to avoid receiving marketing emails, I was promised that I wouldn’t receive anything other than the receipt. By the time I got home I’d received 4 emails from them so I unsubscribed and vowed never to provide my personal details to them again. Fast forward a couple of years and I have been informed twice recently that they are now paperless and therefore I have to give them my email address. My response is to say no, and I think you’re obliged to give me a receipt if you want the sale. It happened today and having been told this the assistant stared in the opposite direction whilst printing the receipt and plonked it down on the counter in a petulant manner.   Please stop trying to mislead customers in order to obtain their personal information!

Clean, nice modern look, decent selection of clothes. A bit expensive though.

Probably one of my favourite New Looks! It would have 5 stars if it had a Tall range. I know none of them have an in store tall range any more which is such a let down for tall ladies!

Lovely store, got some really nice Christmassy things in, one member of staff really stood out to me, I think her name was Sam, she was so helpful when looking for something to wear, thank you.

Picked up a top on the 27th about 11.30 went to check out the cashier left myself and another lady standing there while she rummaged through the racks helping someone find their size, we stood and stood the lady in the queue said she worked in retail and no way do you leave the tills like that , I asked another assistant but she just said she won't be long , well she was and then the lady she was helping opened a very large bag full of items she wanted to exchange and still no one came to open another till, after that I put my clothes on the counter and walked out, no way to treat a paying customer New Look the cashier never even acknowledged us, more staff training I think

Great pick for a comfortable and very cute professional work boot for fall looks. Still had sore feet after about 6 hours but that’s way better than most shoes with a heel. Perfect for leggings or with thick socks but the top is a bit wide for hose if you have an average size ankle. Also very comfortable and would totally buy them if they come on a sale!
