Went here yesterday with my daughter and 2 grandchildren, one of which was having her ears pierced for the first time. The staff were amazing and Olivia was very kind and had a fantastic understanding of children. My granddaughter was very nervous and Olivia completely put her at ease. A natural with children. I definitely recommend.
I've just been in to get pierced on my lunch break and couldn't recommend the team enough! Their patience and attention to detail kept me at ease as I wanted two lobe and one cartilage piercing 5 in total lol. I was really happy they did the lobes at the same time and I am over the moon with the placement of my trilogy and helix. Thank you!!
Got an ear piercing and the lady was friendly helpful and informative. Areas were disinfected and everything was carried out quickly but efficiently. Aftercare was talked through and very happy with the service. They had a full selection of earring to choose from but the small studs were chosen at £25 including the piercing.
i had my ears pierced today by Emma and she did an amazing job! she explained the aftercare really well and was very helpful and kind! The whole team are extremely friendly and i would definitely recommend popping in! Thank you girls x
Got a infection found it after I went fishing with Gazza
Just been in the store and was accused of being someone else and wouldn't accept my items to return. 2 young girls were there. One was very rude and assumed I was someone else. I left and didn't get an apology for her mistake of thinking I was somebody else. I made it clear that I deserved an apology, but she didn't give it. Plenty of customers were there to witness her terrible behaviour. Extremely rude staff member.
I recently bought some hair clips for my daughter whilst out shopping they are rubbish the actual clip is very poor spend £6 on them aswell won't return
Went to Newcastle branch to get ears pierced having checked online that piercing was free if earrings purchased. A good range of earrings were shown on website around £20 to £30. Travelled to the store only to be told that they only had earring of £60 plus in stock. This must be in breach of Trading Standards legislation. I’ll never go to Claire’s again.
Really fast, easy, cheap and no pain. I went today to ask about because I wanted to have earrings in both ears. First time for me. They explained to me everything pretty clear then showed me the variety and different prices. In my case both lobes for only 30 pounds in total. Earrings, procedure and solution to clean and disinfect.
Went with a friend she wanted clip on earrings. Fab selection. Buy 3 get 3 free!! She was delighted.
