Great food, well presented in a lovely setting. Restaurant was clean and decorated to a good standard. Food was reasonably priced. Small car park across the road, free after 6pm. 4 or 5 steps up to the entrance.
The old jalsa is now Monsoon Not been here since renovated and relaunched to monsoon. Was very impressed , good decoration and friendly staff. We had poppadoms, starts and mains and was impressed with the standard There is a little round table and looked great for small family to gain that booth feel. We would defo be coming back for more restaurant food, quality was service and staff were great and felt relaxed. Thanks again see you in future Highly recommend
Me & my friend came to the restaurant this evening after searching on the web for the best Indian restaurant near me. We were more than satisfied with everthing while we were there. The staff we very efficient and polite. The meal was absolutely gorgeous so tasty and full of flavour the chicken was perfectly cooked as I’m quite particular with chicken. Definitely visit this restaurant we can’t wait to visit again.
First time going to Monsoon,start to finish was a brilliant experience. We had some poppadoms, didn't bother with a starter. Then for main I had Lamb Madras, pilau rice & garlic naan. The Lamb Madras was superb, and it's the first time I've had the naan cut up into quarters,but to be honest it was a good idea. The decor is nicely done & it was very busy Friday night about 7:30pm All in all I will definitely be going back again , hopefully very soon.
Marvelous monsoon! My dining experience was incredible. Everything from the atmosphere of the restaurant,to the members of staff who were friendly,punctual and patient. The food was delicious, so much variety to choose from at such an affordable price. If you are lucky enough to go I highly recommend the butter tikka massalla.
Food- Lovely we had a mixed starter, chicken dhupiaza and phatia for main and can't fault it, very nice. Service - I understand they were busy but for the money being spent there was no real friendly service and our empty dishes were left to sit in front of us for half an hour. The boss didn't say thanks or crack a smile. Atmosphere - Busy and rowdy,no background music being played or if there was it was too loud to hear. The decor and lighting really smart though,the restaurant looked good.
We visited here over the weekend for my birthday after been recommended here we were keen to try.. we weren’t disappointed the food was lovely. Great over all experience
Had a fabulous meal, The curry's were very generous in portion size, flavours exquisite! Excellent attentive service, lovely restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. We shall be coming again very soon : Parking: Street parking

Monsoon Majestic had some of the best Indian food I’ve had, tried it all over the world and this is where you need to go to eat. Authentic recipes and the service is quality. Can’t say you could ask for better especially in stoke on Trent. What a gem! Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options for Vegetarians.
