The experience in Rebel is definitely the journey of story telling. Rebel tells you the story what is home sweet home. You don’t need to know too much because it will ..Happy , relax and you are home to relax. Of course the environment could be better and they will I am sure… Was it over price ? For cerebration is good to spoil yourself and another special half . £90 Pairing with the wine it was bring you to heaven like. For daily of course expensive, that’s why they have half menu £45 too for lunch. because you are dare to go there every month. I had been Rebel 5 times since 2022. All for special occasions. Absolutely outstanding! One of the best dining experiences we’ve had for a long time. From the intricately thought out menu to the beautiful British wine pairings. One of us had the vegetarian option and there was just as much care and attention that had gone into the dishes. Everything was perfect, can’t wait to go back to try another seasonal menu. Thank you to the whole Rebel team!
A great restaurant for a special occasion. A wonderful tasting menu with superb flavours. They catered well for a food intolerance which we informed them about in good time. The pace of the evening and pauses between courses was spot on and the service was friendly and cheerful. A relaxed atmosphere to enjoy great food and wine.Food: 5/5
Great Food! Well worth trying on special occasions. - 10 courses that were beautiful and tasted incredible. - Friendly and relaxed service - The wine menu: At restaurants I base my wine choices off Vivino reviews and there wasn't a bottle of red under £50 rated over 3.5* so I just stuck to beer. - The music was a little all over the place without a set ambience but we rather enjoyed it.

Reserve now. Read later. The restaurant's design is simple, stylish and chic. The food is top level, creative and a true delight. The waiters are professional, knowledgable and attentive. The menu doesn't give many details away so neither will I, but a full description is given when each course is served. With a few surprise courses, a lovely drinks pairing not just wine - beer and cider are paired too and a great value set menu at £50 £57 including potato and cheese this has been my favourite way to spend an evening out in 2022 so far. The menu is seasonal, which is more than enough excuse to come at least 4 times a year.
Fantastic meal, thoroughly enjoyed the food, with only a couple of exceptions. The menu really felt like it brought out the best of otherwise simple ingredients. The service was great as well. The drinks menu could've had a few more non-wine options, but it was okay. Will surely be coming back.Food: 4/5
If you love great dining experiences, this is one not to miss. Every dish was surprising and exciting. The wine pairing matched the food excellently whilst being independently interesting. The service was impeccable, despite our booking being a big table with a few dietary requirements. I've been to a few Michelin Stars, including a 3 star venue, and this was easily up to the same level. If you want to treat a loved one or just yourself run, don't walk!
This place is amazing. Food is fantastic and its a nice to have such a great restaurant in Heaton. All the food was full of flavour and the lady that served us was very happy and really looked after us well. Myself and my mam ate ate there on Saturday lunchtime and it was nice to have the option to eat at this kind of restaurant during the day. It was a wonderful experience also. We will be back and can highly recommend to anyone. Presentation of food was great also. Well done.
Went to Rebel tonight for my birthday meal and was completely blown away. Service was so kind, friendly and attentive, Food was stunning and so much thought and attention had clearly gone into each course. Also loved the relaxed, informal vibe of Rebel, accompanied by a banging playlist! Can’t wait to return soon, thanks guys!Food: 5/5
