Returned a parcel and Royal Mail, the returns provider, lost the parcel. I was told by Royal Mail to contact the returns label provider End to claim compensation. End did this initially and Royal Mail have refused to accept any responsibility, so End instead of chasing this up and protecting their customers have simply given up and are not responding to my emails. Is this how you treat customers who have shopped with you for years? Extremely disgusting and I want my refund immediately, this has been going on months now
Prices are decent. Shipping is never the date they give you. Items have arrived without tags more than once.
Stay way from them!! I've ordered two shirts, when the parcel arrived, it was empty! No item at all! Customer service is slow an intransparent. Now they trying to blame me.. No refund so far! Do not support them, do not order from them!
Had it with END. Was great before current owners introduced £6.99 postage charge and goods come slower ! Started by enthusiasts now in hands of hellish Private Equity. Over and out.
Fantastic service !! Came in Saturday with my son to buy some trainers was served by Sam and he could not of been more attentive.
Didn’t have my size in some jeans I was after so they ordered them in for me even though they were in the sale and there was no commitment to buy once I tried them on. Ended up getting the jeans anyway and a load of other stuff whilst collecting them and Harry and Eric were class in particular, every time I picked something up to buy they would come and take it off me and put it behind the desk, letting me carry on shopping empty handed
First and last time buying from this shop. I purchased a Gucci cardigan Christmas gift when it arrived I opened the box and could not believe the state it arrived in. Firstly , it was in some cheap used plastic bag , secondly most importantly it had zero tags attached to it , thirdly , it had been thrown in the bag not folded in any way . I opened the bag and confirmed no tags labels attached whatsoever. It clearly had been worn !! I was absolutely furious and rang the store . I was met with apologies and asked to ring customer service. I spoke with a female who said she would look into this. The line conveniently went dead, so , I ring back to be told someone will respond to my email within 30 minutes. I'm sure everyone can guess the outcome. NO RESPONSE A complete disgrace of a company, especially after spending that amount of money. Well done for ruining a Christms gift
Making people queue outside when only 30 odd shoppers inside, in a 3 story building. Literally. Person on the door told me was to ensure customer experience, which was none existent inside. Had one staff member ask 'you alright mate?' Didn't see anyone buying anything when I finally got in. This door policy seems the wrong way to make somewhere seem exclusive and staff seemed happy to let potential customers walk away rather than queue. - also had a massive winter sale sign in the window, but no sale on yet. Wins the award for the shop taking itself most seriously in Newcastle.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to purchase a Stone island overshirt a Moncler top, also a polo top also some trainers i was after. Staff were not helpful standing around talking about there night out the day before. I counted 6 members of staff and not one of them asked if I needed and help or if I was OK. All just standing around next to the tills talking about love island and there night out lol ha ha joke. Extremely poor customer service not good at all. Staff need trained on customer service as clearly they have had none. Anyway tried what I wanted on but bought the items at Flannels up the road as I wasn't going to spend good money in a shop where staff are very unhelpful, and won't welcome or approach customers to see if they needed help with sizes ect. Staff are letting the shop down and losing the company sales due to there arrogant attitude towards customers. END was is big let down. Management need a clear out of staff in there and get staff in who graft and put a bit of effort in to speak to customers & help them & have good customer service skills & and are friendly and can communicate with customers. Don't waste your money in there. Tried there online service a few times aswell and is a joke aswell. Don't send orders on time, delays & you buy something online and 3 days later they cancel your order & takes weeks to get a refund. End need a total overhaul. Was a great shop when they were a little business down on High Bridge many years ago. Now they have went commercial opened up shops in a few locations around the country they have took the eye of what they were about at one time good customer service. They are a joke of a company. Lost my custom for good.
I always used to enjoy popping in to End and having a look at what they had in when it was just the original shop on Grainger Street. But since they opened the new shop around the corner it feels incredibly pretentious in there. The staff don't feel welcoming like they did before or like they are there to help the customer and there's something about the whole experience that feels rather off-putting about going in there now. And also if you see anything on sale on the website there's a zero chance that they'll have it in the stores to buy so don't waste your time going in to see if they have it.
