Was here in December of 2016. Stayed the night in the rooms they have upstairs, charming pub with quite the history. Rooms were cozy, bathroom facilities were updated. Was greeted in the morning to a wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. I go for a pub quiz on a Wednesday. They are really well distanced and a great team of staff. Food is amazing and beers are awesome.
Absolutely fabulous, wonderful set up and Covid safety measures without any impact on being friendly and welcoming. Utterly wonderful food and truly exceptional service
We went twice last week, once for drinks and once for a meal. Both times the services was excellent, the drinks were lovely and the food was great. COVID secure, we felt very safe there.
Phoned last minute and they managed to get us in which was really helpful. Started great with lovely starters, not so impressed with the mains and we didn't have pudding. Thought it was a little overpriced for what it was but the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed.
Great food, but more importantly we felt safe. The staff were covid aware using one way system and we sat in the secluded garden at the rear of the pub. Pleasant meal thank you
Quaint and with character. Very good service. A bit of a maze with that one way walking system.
