Great beers. Lovely atmosphere.
Friendly locals pub. A good range of real ales
Five real ales on tap, friendly clientele, welcoming landlord, unpretentious with a pleasant atmosphere. Pub decorated with railway photographs and some memorabilia. No food available other than usual bar snacks and cheese rolls offered with a variety of chutneys. Worth a visit for beer afficionados.

The Village is a basic pub in Sainsbury a good choice of beers friendly staff and friendly people, my visit last Saturday I had a couple of pints of Porter and a very nice cheese and pickle sarnie. I believe it opens at 5pm weekdays and 12 lunchtime on a weekend. Worth a visit if you are in Salisbury.
Great pub, always four real ales on and invariably one that suits me. Adequate food menu too with cheese rolls or cheese rolls with pickle which complements the ale. Proper rolls too with a decent slab of cheese. If you don't like decent beer and cheese, this is probably not the pub for you.
Fabulous friendly little pub. Landlord and landlady great .
Unassuming pub but really friendly staff and clientele and it had a great selection of ales and also helped us find a good minicab service. Thanks!
