Went last night for their Halloween party. The pub had a wonderful atmosphere, it was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and the cost of drinks was very reasonable. As someone with limited mobility there were only a few small steps; two shallow ones on the way in and a couple of steps if you want to go to the beautiful and spacious garden at the back of the pub
Great pub, friendly staff, fabulous atmosphere. We went to a Drag evening, which was hilarious. Mrs Mop had a really good voice & the songs were brilliant. Everyone joined in the games, which were really funny for all ages. Best night out we have had for ages.
Great pub with a really friendly atmosphere. Lots of original character - not been turned into a corporate grey and beige boho, shabby chic box like many others.
Even on a rainy Sunday afternoon, this is a lovely place for a drink or something delicious to eat. I recommend booking if you’d like a Sunday dinner as they are very popular and sell out quickly. The garden is just beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. This is one of my favourite pubs in Salisbury.
My regular pub...love it, you have a fantastic landlord...so many friendly people....proper old style pub with a jukebox and a beautiful garden.. couldn't ask for more x
Great Pub serving well kept local ales and good honest pub grub. Unfortunately, they are not dog friendly so now that I have a dog, I will not be returning
Only stopped for a drink but met by a friendly lady behind the bar, good chats. Will def go back, esp as has a car park!
Lovely friendly pub. Popped in after exploring Salisbury. From the moment you walk in the staff are welcoming. And a s a plus the pool table is free on Sunday!

This was a really nice pub and one that I would be happy to visit again. The manager is Reece, is helpful and actually remembers not just the names of the people he has as customers but to make them feel welcome ..... nice pub , nice people enough said... p.s. the only reason this got 4 stars and not 5 is that I never give a venue that serves food 5 stars unless I have tried the food...maybe next time..
