Story

The mission of Nelson Home Investments is to provide our clients with an effective solution to the problems caused by financial difficulties. Traditionally, individuals have been left with very few choices when faced with temporary financial setbacks, including losing their home, personal standing, dignity and a bad credit rating (so preventing future home purchases) – all factors exacerbated by increasingly unstable and uncertain benefit entitlements.
We have structured our finances so that we can offer to stop someone's repossession and enable them to stay in their home rent or mortgage free for a year, until their temporary financial situation is resolved.
We are the only provider in the country to offer this unique service, and are proud to have partnered with like-minded property professionals in the Midlands region to bring relief to as many of the 50,000 homeowners who get repossessed every year as we can.
