Charlotte was absolutely amazing! I experienced some issues with my purchase, so it had dragged on for several months but Charlotte kept updating me and chasing the solicitors for updates. She was accessible and approachable throughout my interactions with her. She did a smashing job.
Karen and Charlotte at Your Move Nuneaton branch helped me out massively with the purchase of my property. They were helping me speed up and push some of the delayed processes I was encountering and were always on hand for help and support. Fantastic service. Very helpful staff. My move was handled by Matt Giles at the Nuneaton branch, who was very knowledgable and assisted in every step. Absolutely no issues with communication and swift response to all my queries. I have no complaints and all the paperwork was organised very quickly. I would highly recommend Your Move to anyone looking to move in the Nuneaton/Hinckley Area.
A huge thanks to Grace and all the Lettings Team at YourMove Nuneaton. After a poor experience with a prior agent, YourMove took the reins and showed what great service looks like. They always answer the phone and respond to emails quickly. I have used YourMove prior and they continuously provide a positive service/experience.
Massive thankyou to Charlotte and her team at Your Move Nuneaton. Sale of house took some time to complete with various issues but Charlotte continually kept me informed and updated all the way till completion. Thankyou Charlotte.
Terrible service, do not use them they let you down. They have let out my home to a tenants who have caused thousands of pounds worth of damage. They were supposed to do regular checks and did not. The check out report failed to identify enormous damages and when I contacted them they ignored my calls and refused to take ownership. I left a negative review in another website and the manager, Charlotte called me for the first time after multiple requests in the past for her to do so which she ignored only to scream at me down the phone and accuse me of making false allegations!! How unprofessional!! I am still out of thousands of pounds but apparently its not her fault well I think it is as shes the store manager and the policy is to complain to the store manager!!
Your move Nuneaton, just sold my house, would definitely recomend them, always kept upto date with phone calls and emails, very professional,many thanks your move team, especially Charlotte
The service that was provided by Charlotte and the team when selling our home was brilliant!! They were very Friendly and extremely helpful. Any queries we had were always dealt with in a timely manner. Charlotte went above and beyond and would recommend your move to anyone!
