Excellent friendly service with knowledgeable staff, always happy to help. We rented our property with Longshoot for over 5 years and also recently sold our property with them. Everyone in the team has been fantastic. They've been able to help us every step of the way from renting through to selling. They know their stuff and always responded quickly to any queries or issues. They looked after us very well and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
Have used Longshoot to rent a property for us for several years I know they try hard to match the right tenants and properties together this means we have tenants for longer than the average and we don't end up with empty properties so regular we get reports on things that need repairing and they have reliable tradesmen if we require them . I know they do their best for both the landlord and tenant and have no problem recommending them to both
If you want to sell your house use Chris and his team, spot on communications and advice, they found the right person for the property and the asking price of £550k was attained. Will not hesitate to recommend the team to anyone selling any type of property .
Such a brilliant friendly service Jane and Chris are great. I have been renting my property out with them for over 12 months and had no problems at all. I would highly recommend.
Poor service. Originally I wanted to view a property after seeing an advert on Rightmove. I emailed to request a viewing and after several days received no response. I then went onto their own website and followed the steps to request a viewing. Again, after a few days I still had no response. Therefore I rang the office to arrange a viewing and was told they would get in contact with me with an appointment for Monday this was a Wednesday. Monday afternoon I received a phone call where a viewing was arranged for the next day, luckily my husband and I was free. When at the viewing the agent was lovely, very friendly and personable. However, he said due to our age 21 years old he was not sure if the landlord would be insured to have us as tenants. He gave us the relevant paperwork and told us that he would contact the landlord and told us to contact him at the office on the Thursday. I rang the office Thursday and had to leave a message for the agent as he was out of the office. He did not call back, so I rang back again and was told that the landlord was not insured for tenants under 25. I have never heard of this, and could not find any information on this. I find this offensive, stereotypical and discriminatory. I will not bother with this company again, too much time wasted when they cannot be bothered to communicate effectively.
Fantastic service from start to finish and even after sale with issues that should be for the agents who we purchased from. Can't thank Chris, Charlotte and especially Cassie enough for the excellent friendly yet proffessional service we have received. We just wish this was the case for our purchase. We never want to move again but if we did would use longshoot again . Thank you all
