Paid with debit card and it was unclear if the charge went trough or not so did it again. Was running late for my meeting so left it hoping I paid the parking at least once. Got ticket for £100 in the post. Not happy at all.

We spent 20 mins trying to enter our registration number and pay but failed miserably. We then tried using a debit card. Got as far as it asking if we wanted a receipt then nothing happened - no receipt. It did say to remove the card. Not knowing if the payment went through or not we telephoned the customer service and was told that we should not leave the car park but to check our bank account to see if payment had gone through. Was put on hold then cut off. We still do not know if we have paid.

Very expensive, paying machines doesn't accept notes and the guy at the car wash is a really nice guy who will give you change (see irony)

Had a season ticket for over a year before I moved to a place with parking. The location is pretty ideal with good access to the area around Hemel. But it really doesn’t feel that secure - I would constantly find groups of people doing car meets testing around the various levels. It was a very messy car park and they keep increasing the prices too. Still don’t understand why there isn’t a barrier to enter and exit this would solve a lot of the issues with car meets and rubbish. Luckily I don’t have to park here anymore.

Expensive £4 for 2 hours and you have to use the waste of time calling up service instead of a ticket machine. Gave up and went to the Water Gardens car park round the corner :)
