Delivery drivers are useless from this depot. I don't think they understand that "Handed to resident." Means they should actually knock my door and give me the parcel... Haven't received it, Kept an eye out and now one of my daughters Birthday presents is missing. I'd give 0 Stars if possible.
I have ordered an iphone 15pro max and received a moisturiser instead. Now they have closed my amazon account too. They employ thieves and I am sure amazon itself is a big theif. The customer service is rude as well. When I went to complain at warehouse it is closed.
Just had another package delivered from this depot, complete disregard for customer satisfaction! My package wasn’t even placed into a cardboard box and the delivery label stuck on the product box. As this is for a present I am very disappointed
Very useful for shopping, but extremely unreliable delivery. 'Complaints fall on deaf ears.' Drivers are simply unable to follow instructions. Consistently leaving packages on door steps.
The service that we get from the Hemel Hempstead depot is unbelievably poor, drivers just say they attempted when they haven't, leave orders at any address they feel like. We have been at the same address since Jan 2015 and after many complaints are still having the same issues. Drivers don't care and obviously the depot management don't care or otherwise they would sort out the constant issues, or maybe they just cannot control their staff!
You employ thieves, had an iPhone 14 pro stolen and replaced with moisturiser and a neon yellow T-shirt in my Amazon package. It’ll come back to you one day.
This is my place of work. Great opportunities for people who want to work hard and not just treat it like a school play ground. Been here for 3 and a half years now and every day is different. Since working here I have learnt how to drive a reach truck and a stacker. I have met some interesting people from all over the world. Would recommend working here if you like a challenge. This is me on a crazy hair day.
They don’t have facilities for drivers. Just a small room we’re all drivers are waiting for 4 or 3 hours to be load or unload. They aren’t polite and they treat you like a animal. P.S AMAZON you need to make some changes.Just a simple driver equals a simple number on your papers Thank you.
First time I have been in and out delivering to this site. So, the only complaint can be is that the drivers room and smoke shelter are very very small.
Make u work like a dog. Was a picker here and did 45k+ steps a day. Was my first job and was on a temp contract in 2021, fair to say never again came out with ptsd and flashbacks of the hundreds of isles still haunt me when i close my eyes bruv
