Just stayed the one night after a party 10 mins walk away.nCheck in was quick and friendly.nWe paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room and it was definitely worth it - we had a lovely room on the top floor with a view down the river, great tea making facilities with quality tea and chocolates, good toiletries in the bathroom and fast, free Wi-Fi.nThe bed was very large and comfortable, it was very quiet and dark and we slept very well.nWe didn't east there or part but they do a reduced rate for parking in the multi-storey just over the walkway.

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Ana was very kind and helpful during our stay. We had a problem with the TV, but she fixed it quickly and made sure everything was fine. Excellent service!nI highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

The five star rating goes to Anamaria. She was the only one to care about our stay.nnThe other stuff was not able to find our booking. Falsly chareged us twice and werent able to return the money to the same credit card. They also didnt care about our son.nnThe rooms are smaller than advertised. Thebath is very small. For three persons you have to pack lightly.

My stay at Premier Inn was excellent. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. A special mention to Anamaria at reception, she was amazing! So warm and helpful, making check-in seamless and offering great local tips. Her friendly attitude really stood out and made my experience even better. Highly recommended!

I tend to stay at Premier Inn a lot. However, the last few places I stayed were disappointing.nnI've experienced the following in recent stays:nnHeaters not working.nShower not quite hot enough.nLow pressure in taps.nSprinkle spray taps making it gard to wash off soap.nNo shower gel or shower gel dispenser broken.nShortage of towels and a long walk to reception.nKey entry keep resetting so have to keep getting key programmed and a long walk to reception.nNo breakfast available due to refurbishment of diner.nnMy partner said she was done with Premier Inn. However, this place was so pleasant, my faith in Premier Inn is restored and she is also happy to return.nnThey need to get all the other Premier Inns to this standard, or you may as well stay at Travel Lodge.
