Fantastic hotel convenient from railway station just across the road from them, customer services within the hotel food excellent, very clean room on arrival bed is so.... comfy would certainly stay here again

I usually stay at premier Inn when in the area working. The rooms blackout properly, the breakfast is good and can accommodate various diets, staff were very helpful and friendly. The shopping area is useful next to the hotel and there are several restaurants within walking distance. My only criticism is that the menu at the hotel is largely pub food with limited healthy options.

Excellent, friendly welcone by the front desk team. A good sized, clean nice room. Overnight parking for £4 was very reasonable and £30 for one nights accommodation in Jan 2018 was a bit of a bargain. A nice central location although Hemel Hempstead nightlife was nothing to get excited about!

Nice hotel. Stayed here before when working in London. Beds are comfy, breakfast is affordable, HDMI in the wall to plug whatever you want into the TV. All great.

The Receptionist did the bear minimum upon our arrival; made no eye contact, didn't speak unless there was a definitive need and looked like a smile may crack her face. We were put in the wrong room type but were quickly moved and a member of staff dropped by to ensure we were happy with the move. As ever with a Premier Inn, basic and over all clean but looking very dated.
