I can't speak to the shop part, but I had a delicious tuna melt from the cafe which was just over £4. There's a nice outside seating area in addition to the tables indoors. The manager operates the ferry that is a vital part of the Thames Path, and can be requested via bell every 15 mins.
Beautiful jumpers. Great to support a premium British made product. We love the products and superb service. On one occasion we did have an issue with a product which lets face it can happen in life, but the excellent companies sort things out when it does. Ross was very understanding and sorted us out a replacement immediately. Excellent jumpers and good after service they really take pride in their product
Great place to go and have lunch or a snack. It is always full so it is doing well but they need more staff! We were outside at the back because no place free inside which was fine but 5 tables full of dirty plates not being cleared. We had to clear one of the tables to the side board to sit. Then the order took a long time to arrive. We were there just over an hour and still, none of the tables or side board got cleared. It wasn't a good sight.
Lovey coffee shop by the riverside tojust hang out with a friend over coffee and cake on a comfy sofa!
This place has been extended recently and looks very nice, both indoor and outside seating . Good views across the river. Local ferry nearby. Didn't eat here, but plenty of people seem to be having a good time,we will be back to sample very soon. Some small gift, boutique shops at the back too.
The ferry and cafe are always very friendly and have great customer service, tasty ciabattas and fair prices for the area. They always go out of their way to help us with gas for our boat as they know we have a baby. Really helpful bunch!
This was my first visit to this coffee shop and despite them apologising for a shortage of staff we were served reasonably quickly. The coffee was good and the cakes superb. But why do customers allow their unruly children to run around ruining other people's visit?
My husband and I use this place a lot. The staff are lovely, the coffee good and the Brie and cranberry toasties a must! The addition of the little craft shops at the back make it a handy stop for gifts. Enjoy.
Could be so wonderful but, needs a good clean, needs to be better managed. The food is quite good but can be inconsistent. Just overall I think it needs to be managed much better, the staff all very nice but bit disorganised, and a bit hit and miss. But maybe start with a deep clean
A mighty fine selection of Nautical gifts to be enjoyed by all. However, needless to say, it would be even finer if there were sculptures made by none other than the legendary Bob Duato
