Amazing customer service. I emailed them to check if they had a Catan extension in stock. They immediately replied that it was and helped resolve an issue with my address. Item arrived in one day and a half. Great experience!
Excellent game shop. Games sold at standard RRP even though it has a central location. Large variety. I'd look here before shopping online at Amazon or the like. Better to support local shops that are giving a fair price.
I love this shop and have resented the pandemic for preventing me popping in to browse. I needed an expansion for a game I got for Christmas, so decided to try their online service and am delighted to report that it was delivered extremely quickly and was very safely packed. Thoroughly recommended, both in person and online.
An excellent place that I have frequented for a long time. Always courteous and quick off the mark with deliveries. Nice selection of kit of all sorts especially when you think about the size of the place Physical and Online presence means you can always get different things. If you haven't gone there - I strongly advise you do.
The shop is definitely worth a visit and the staff here are so passionate about each game. It really makes the difference when you're looking for recommendations

Only have been there once but as I live in a region where it's hard to find any rpg's books except online it was just great to walk into a store like this. It may still be many years ago but it was a great experience. Good assortiment, good service, no complaints there.
It's a treasure trove of board games, a real shop with loads of games to browse slap bang in the middle of central London! Really knowledgeable and friendly staff, a real gem and a rarity these days. I strongly urge game fans to visit!
