Please note, they now have a policy that they will not accept more than FIVE coin bags at the counter. I found this out to me surprise a few days ago. They want everybody to use the cash deposit machines - which kept rejecting some of the coins.What should have been a ten minute transaction took over half an hour.
I am so impressed with Natwest Farnborough, they sent me flowers because I had cancer and they were willing to give financial advice. I can't thank them enough
Been with them for 20 yrs and these past few years have been the worst..No assistance whatsoever...Its time to move on....And Im only giving 1 star as you cant give NO STARS
Been trying to phone this branch for days!! They have answered once to give me another number that Never answers! The lady Ruth was unhelpful and bordering rude! Not the customer service I expect from a Bank I've been with for over 22 years! Very stressed and angry!! Luckily the fellow from the military banking there was very helpful. Please sort out the phone numbers very confusing!!!!!

I really miss the Nat West at North Camp. The Banks seem to think assisting customers is a optional extra. There is a really helpful middle aged lady who works here but the system head office seems to have put in place is dire.
Never pick up the phone, I’ve had to go in multiple times to correct the wrong information they’ve attached to my account, are slow to send my statements out, horrendous online banking. Have been with them for years now but am changing to satander where they can actually spell my name right.
It’d be a nice bank if it was ever open.

The man I saw was very patient and an excellent listener and adviser. If I could travel there by train, I would use it frequently. It is nearer than Reading and Guildford.
