I have been using this branch for well over 30 years and have always found the staff helpful and pleasant and can answer every query I have.  Yes, I agree with some that parking right outside the branch is not easy but this is hardly the fault of Barclays.  There is plenty of parking in Farnborough town centre.

DREADFUL.  Called call centre today 1230.  Difficult to understand what they were saying.  Totally unhelpful and then cut me off.

go in to this branch and they humiliate you in front of EVERYONE by accusing you of stealing yor own debit card. no apologies from staff themselves. will be leaving barclays for a more customer friendly bank.

I hate going in there. There is always only one person serving at opening times while someone else wanders around asking waiting customers if they can help only to be told by everyone 'why don't you go on the tills?'
The service is poor and as the Barclays in Frimley doesn't open on a Saturday you would think that they would have all three tills open,but no,just the one.
I really hate going in there.
