The man I saw was very patient and an excellent listener and adviser. If I could travel there by train, I would use it frequently. It is nearer than Reading and Guildford.

Great service.Very helpful staff who were very patient and friendly, one of he best RBS i have been to.They got everything sorted out right away I could not have asked for better service

Been trying to phone this branch for days!! They have answered once to give me another number that Never answers! The lady Ruth was unhelpful and bordering rude! Not the customer service I expect from a Bank I've been with for over 22 years! Very stressed and angry!! Luckily the fellow from the military banking there was very helpful. Please sort out the phone numbers very confusing!!!!!
