I have been a loyal customer of Asda in farnborough since it opened many years ago I like there products , but over the last several years , have seen a definite decline .nConstant items that haven't been re stocked, fruit and vegetable packs that have got mouldy items in , long queues to pay for shopping .nOn top of all this , there are very rarely any shopping trollies, so before you even start , you have to go off and find one , and then just hope you have found one that actually works properly ,nThen this week 9-3-26 I ended up 8 in trolly bay right outside Asda with a morrison trolly , that was fine BUT when I finished shopping , and had paid my car parking , went back to my car to unload and found I couldn't retrieve my £1 coin , as no other morrison trollies around to clip into , so after a long drawn out discussion with Chris the very helpful trolly man and trying different ways of releasing the coin , I had to ask him to go back into store to get my £1 yes it was only £1 , but like most people , I can't afford to chuck money away and now of course I'm worried that I will get a parking fine on top as all this took time , and through no fault of my own .nLastly , the car parking company and machines , half the time they either don't recognise your car registration , or don't give you a receipt , so you can't prove that you've paid if they come after you with a fine.nSo come on Asda at farnborough , sort some of these issues out , before you loose all your loyal customers .nI have given 3 stars mainly for the mostly friendly staff
Good parking. Clean store well laid out. Good pizza counter. They also have a pharmacy and post office in store. Fantastic clothing department and homeware too. The staff are very helpful indeed.
I had the best experience today for my click and collect order. The guy was so friendly and helpful and even held up the crates so I could load my groceries more easily. I looked on the main website to try and say thank you for a great experience, but it's set up for complaints not compliments!

Kate. Kate at the pizza counter is an absolute darling. I travel the country with work and often pick up an Asda pizza from other stores for a good evening meal - they’re never open. But no matter the time of day, Kate basically lives at the pizza counter and is always willing to make a pizza so long as everything hasn’t been packed away.
