Looks like a childrens playground, since refurbishment. Staff not helpful. Obviously lining this branch for closure as hoping to deter customers and say its not needed. Shame WAS a good branch with helpful staff.

Shocking service since refit, 1 person serving and 15 people in que, terrible, changing banks if next visit is like this. - update 15/12/17. Closed account same service , no apologies for extended wait in line, looks like their pushing for online and self banking, also refit looks like an ikea refurb, weird

Mon 27/11/17. Customers waiting 20 min + told to bank elsewhere if they don't like it. Three rude & abusive staff. Avoid! Update: mother-in-law received letter saying note has been put on her account about verbal abuse to staff, seems calm complaining is verbal abuse. She was the quietest in the queue.

Very good and friendly staff. Always ready to help. There does seem less staff at time but they manage well. They help senior citizens. They are well knowledgeable.
