I waited for 30 minutes to speak to an assistant, they were 2 in the hall and walked without reason, finally one of them asked me what i wanted, I answered and it took 20 minutes to do the transaction. they told me to go to the cashier and from there he said to go to the ATM, there nobody helped me and there at the cash desk. it was very unpleasant, there was one boy and one girl, because of them I was late at the kindergarten and my baby was scared. So i stay 50 minutes in HSBC branch Farnborough to do a transfer . Not nice!!!
