Worst customer experience ever in a bank. As a customer with a current account for over 14 years I am deeply disappointed for the way that the blonde cashier spoke with me today Monday the 19th of Sep at 12pm. I only asked to exchange £100 from notes to coins and she said very rudely "if you don't have a business account with us, I can't do it" and I asked why if I'm a customer? She said...sorry and looked down and carried on counting money. Disgraceful

One of the cash points here retained my card after the cash door jammed and the machine displayed a "this machine has failed" screen. The cash machines here are poorly maintained and should be avoided at all costs! Hardly reflects well on NatWest that they can't keep their own ATM's in good working order.
