Had a business account for years with Barclays and they have offered me bank loans for years now I want one all I get is a rubbish call centre from the Philippines that say no problem we will get some one from the UK to ring you in 2 hours but they don't ring you back. I rang them a second time and they said very sorry they will ring you Saturday morning but they didn't. Today I just spoke to a lady in the Philippines who never understood a thing I was talking about and thought I wanted to close my account. What's going on at Barclays do you want my business or not. It's not a problem I can go to a bank who look after there customers.
