If I could rate it zero I would. Needed change for the parking meter, asked cashier to split a fiver. She looked at me, said 'Are you a Lloyds customer' I replied 'Errr - no, just wanted some change for the meter' and she said she couldn't help... IT'S A BANK!!! All I needed was some change; it's not as if they were packed out with customers - I was the only one in there!! Very disappointing.
