I like to go over years to visit them. Very friendly very helpful staff . Never waited long to get any kind of service.  Highly recommended.

After going in the Allenton branch where they were totally horrible and unhelpful. Considering I had gone in to sort my dads account who had just passed away . At the Nottingham branch it was a totally different experience very pleasant and helpful in trying to help me figure out what I needed to do etc. 10/10

My mom and aunty use there bank and they love it however I'm new and I tried contacting them as my online banking says its unavailable to view and when I tried to got help using cora and an assistant and  it was very laggy and ridiculous bad experience I'm thinking of switching to another better bank

I use Natwest to pay in my cheque. Greeting staff is nice and the young girl explained to me how to use the ATM machine very clear and friendly.

Horrible bank. Went in to open a bank to honour my father who died to  Christmas day. I wasn't offered any condolences when I told them this. I opened an account online and was offered an overdraft of £500. The account was rejected after based on my ID not being accepted online. But there was still an hard search on my name. No account and no facility but a hard search was run on my name that I was eligible for. Stay away from this bank and staff. They are liars.

Dreadful service. Dirty and grubby branch. I struggled with the teller - who served me - to make myself understood, I can only take from my experience that English was not the teller's first language. I have been a Nat West account holder for almost 30 years and feel that staff need to be better, a real shame and disappointment. This is not the only bad experience from this branch, but it was the worst so far and prompted my comment and review. 1/5 - Awful

Why is this branch so awful?  I went there to draw out some cash and was stopped at the door by someone with an iPad who wanted me to give them my name and how much I wanted to withdraw.  Not really the best thing to be doing in a bank doorway.  If the aim is to stop people from visiting branches then they are doing an awesome job.

This is the best customer service i have ever been to a bank. Not only once but multiple times.  I don’t understand why people use negative comments for the staff working there , all of them amazing doing always a fantastic job.

One member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when the machine, which had no limit of notes on it, lost some of my money. He suggested I don't know how much money I wanted to put in and as I got more upset he walked away from me. However, another member of staff was extremely helpful and even put a note on my bank to get my last £20 back which they could not find and I had no proof I brought in.

Been told i have to use the machine to put cash into a/c once, i tried to enter. 6 attempts & still failed. Had to wait another 10mins to use counter service. A simple service took over 35mins when there are 4 staffs standing there doing nothing becos of Covid excuse..lol.  Been with this bank since 1985, guess is about time to leave, Right??!!! Shocking service..
